Over the last decade, Call of Duty has dominated the FPS market and it’s one of the biggest, if not the biggest in the gaming world. Activision reported the latest “power stats,” showing that since 2010, over 125 million people have played Call of Duty.

 

Before Advanced Warfare launched, Cowen & Co released a pre-order sales analysis which showed that the Call of Duty franchise has been in decline. They had predicted that Advance Warfare would it would sell less than its predecessor, Ghosts. Have the game released, the franchise is showing a sure turn around.
